Job Details:

• Management, administration and maintenance of Physical and virtual network security infrastructure, tools, and platforms including but not limited to adds/moves/change/decommission, troubleshooting, integration, migrations, upgrades, system restorations, and security mitigations.
• Management, administration and maintenance of Infrastructure security platforms related software for firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, forward/reverse proxy, NAC, VPN, site-to-site tunnels, anti-Ddos, includes (but not limited to) add/move/change/delete, troubleshooting, integration, upgrades, migrations, and security mitigations.
• Responsible for leading the mitigation of reported vulnerability assessment.
• Articulate systems and methodologies as well as reply to security-related events and support in remediation efforts.
• Deliver optimization of configuration and performance for network security infrastructure tools and platforms.
• Leading all major changes in terms of network security devices in regional architecture or configuration perspective.
• Maintain network security devices to enable pro-active defense of networks.
• Coordination with internal Global SABIC teams and act as focal contract with third parties on behalf of SABIC (i.e. OEM vendors, Security and Cloud service providers). This incudes but not limited to: incident management, escalation, change request, integration, upgrades and reports.
• Coordinate, execute and support activities for new network security infrastructure, including design, architect and implement as per best practices and SABIC policies.
• Support site-to-site VPN with 3rd party business partners and other service providers.
• Lead and direct team to maintain regional network security infrastructure and show practical experience in managing all network security devices.
• Support other infrastructure teams in SABIC by providing consultation/solutions.
• Update/create documentation (i.e. diagrams, HLD, LLD and etc.).
• Adhere to SABIC ITSM (SOP or procedures, work-instructions).
• Plan and Deliver technology refresh.
• Technical guidance for offshore support L1/L2 and other regional support personnel.
• Deliver Service Level Agreement as per SABIC Global and Regional KPI for IT operations.
• Work on any other SABIC IT assignment and project not limited to scope mentioned above.
