Job Role: Technical Support Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Answer & manager a large number of inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Management & resolve customer queries / complaints
• Follow up customer calls wherever necessary
• Up sell products.
• Provide products and service information to the customer.
• Identify and escalate issues to TLs /Managers.
• Managing communication and coordination with the internal team.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
• Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Other duties as assigned.

Key Requisites:

• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
• Ability to multitask, handle a stressful situation, set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts(12/7).
• Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies.
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
