HRIS Analyst (NORAM) Bangalore, India.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

  • HR Data Management Data entry/maintenance into the HRIS system and assure data integrity of HR information Manage data integration between HRIS and other downline systems.
  • Demonstrated experience/maturity to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
  • Reporting and Research Proficient in SAP.
  • SuccessFactors ad hoc and canvas reporting.
  • Deliver consistent and timely HR reporting to the HR team and other functional areas in order to help drive data-based decision making.
  • Create, produce and enhance a high volume of metrics, data, and detailed reports for use by the human resources team and other functional areas in the company.
  • Conduct research to identify and analyze relevant data and report on results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (i.e. vlookups, formulas, etc.)
  • Complete day-to-day data validation and spot checks to ensure ongoing data integrity.
  • Conduct troubleshooting to identify and resolve system and employee data issues.
  • Consultation and Customer Service Possess a positive, service-oriented attitude with excellent follow through on issues.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for managers and HR team members on HR data changes and Success Factors business processes.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Process cases through a case management system in an efficient and timely manner. HR Information Systems
  • 2+ years of direct experience working with SAP Success
  • Factors Employee Central Proficient in configuring and completing data imports in SAP Success
  • Factors Maintain the skills necessary to operate HR systems used for data collection and reporting Supports HRIS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.
  • Report and escalate system technical issues to HRIS Manager and vendor.
