This includes managing the current practices and bringing in new practices that suit the business environment.

The individual will play a critical role in liaison with the business owners to run the employee engagement activities?

You might be exactly the new team member we are looking for HR Business Partner (Night Shift - Immediate Joiners only) Bangalore, India Your Responsibilities Communicating organizational culture to employees in various forums Communicating policies & procedures to employees Keeping the department heads & employees updated on HR initiatives.

Tracking trends in employee behaviours to predict attrition & develop retention strategies Identifying talent issues before they affect the business Responds to employees queries & complaints.

Managing conflict between employees responding to organisational changes Regularly interacting with the employees on various stages to measure the satisfaction level and take the necessary actions to fill the satisfaction gap in association with the business owners.

Conducting employee engagement activities as per the company's event planner.

Bring in new/best practices to empower the employees for better on the job performance.

Coordinate & manage the employee-driven committees.

Conduct pre-exit interviews to evaluate the reasons for the resignation & discuss retention plans.

Conduct post-exit interviews to correlate & re-analyze the exit opinions to accurately create actions plans for the areas of development of the organization Communicate with the business owners on various issues/suggestions brought up by employees during discussion forums to develop amicable solutions.

Coordinate with business owners to help run the business continuity plan during a crisis.

Coordinate with business owners for the timely completion of the performance appraisal cycle.
