Job Details:

• Strong outbound sales experience within large-scale BPO operations.
• Should have minimum 2-3 years supervisory/management experience or progressive experience up to and including leadership, coaching and/ or supervisory roles.
• Advanced understanding of digital marketing concepts and trends
• Experience in managing corporate sales
• Strong people & team management experience with proven leadership skills
• Highly analytical, with a track-record of being a strong problem solver, capable of translating analysis and insights into actionable business plan
• Ability to learn quickly and handle complexity, change and ambiguity
• Successful track record in supporting recruitment and talent acquisition
• Experience in BPO environment with current exposure in managing night shifts.
