Job Responsibilities  Apply for agency approvals, manage agency testing and obtain agency approvals.  Apply in depth experience to ensure optimal process is applied for all India certifications,  Liaising with in country test labs and other SMEs as necessary.  Developing trust and respect with the authorities to accelerate review processes as necessary.  Product certifications, re-certifications, renewals, revision requests, compliance to BIS. standards to national and global regulatory standards  Monitor for new or changing requirements that could impact TVSE products and report by presenting to the Business Units, Program /Project Management and Engineering to ensure successful compliance on new products.  Ensure Regulatory Process Documents are continuously developed, improved and maintained.  Assessing impact of standard changes  Provide current and new agency and regulatory certification/maintenance costs, requirements and interpretation guidance as requested  Monitor schedules of agency submittals.  Increase knowledge and understanding of Agency requirements  Make Design engineers aware of agency requirements and changes.  Work closely with key stakeholders including engineering, product and project management to understand current regulatory status, risks, and issues.  Develop a certification and compliance strategy / roadmap and coordinate implementation plans within compliance, engineering, product management and project management  Work under broad direction with minimum supervision. Job Requirements:  Education: Master / Bachelor’s degree in in Electronics / Electrical / Electronics & Communications engineering  Strong experience of 6 – 10 years in regulatory compliance role with demonstrated abilities to get products certified with agencies.  Familiarity with certification standards and their application (e.g. BIS, UL, CE etc.)  Demonstrated competence in communication of technical aspects of certification to varying stakeholders in the business organization including executive management  Demonstrated track record of achieving product certification objectives  Strong analytical skills  Experience in developing standard work and operating procedures  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
