DataConcentrix Hiring Azure Data Lead | Bangalore

Responsibilities:

• Lead & Design & Architect Azure Cloud Data Solution along with Data Model design implementation
• Assist Architects in providing architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for data management
• Design and implement database solutions in Azure SQL, Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake
• Migrate data from traditional database systems to Azure databases
• Support Agile Scrum teams with planning, scoping and creation of technical solutions for the new product capabilities, through to continuous delivery to production
• Prepare documentation and architectural designs
• Propose architectures that consider cost/spend in Azure and develop recommendations to right-size Azure data infrastructure
• Liaise with delivery team and clients for resolving technical dependencies, issues
• Provide resolution to an extensive range of complicated data pipeline related problems, proactively
• Lead projects within architecture. Work with Product Owner/Business Analysts to understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and release features
• Understanding of data security and compliance
• Demonstrated experience translating Business and technical requirements into conceptual, logical, and physical data models. Technical and Professional Expertise
• Technical experience and knowledge, Expertise with Data solutions primarily RDBMS,Big Data, Azure Data Cloud Platform
• Design and implement ETL and data movement solutions using Azure Data Factory, SSIS
• Experience in Data Migration from RDBMS & Hadoop to Azure cloud data warehouse (Synapse Analytics)
• Implement ad-hoc analysis solutions using Azure Data Lake Analytics/Store, HDInsight, Power BI • Work with similar Microsoft on-prem data platforms, specifically SQL Server and related technologies such as SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS, Power BI
• Design and implement streaming solutions using Kafka or Azure Stream Analytics
• Deep understanding of relational as well as NoSQL data stores, methods and approaches (star and snowflake, dimensional modelling) 
• Exposure to other Cloud Platform like AWS & Google Cloud Platform as a Service (PAAS) components is a plus
• Should be able to develop and maintain documentation of the data architecture, data flow and data models of the data warehouse appropriate for various audiences
• Exposure to Hadoop Platform, Cloudera, Hive,Spark, Python is preferred

Qualifications

• Must have total 7+ yrs. in IT and 4+ years’ experience working on Azure Cloud
• B.E Computer Science or Higher
• Azure Certification is Preferred

Preferred certifications:

• Microsoft 70-473 Designing and Implementing Cloud Data Platform Solutions
• Microsoft 70-776: Engineering Data with Microsoft Cloud Services
