Job Role: Technical Support Engineer

Eligibility: BE/B.Tech/MCA/MA/MSc

Experience Required: 0-3 Years

Requirements:

• Excellent written, verbal, listening, analytical skills.
• Easily grasp and communicate complex ideas.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office 2010, 2013 including Outlook.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Knowledge of Operating Systems like Windows 10 and MacOS.
• Knowledge of network and internet.

Responsibilities

• As a Technical Support Engineer, You should have sound knowledge on Microsoft Technologies like Outlook 2016, Office 365.
• You should have excellent knowledge of Active Directory like Account management, Mailbox and DL management.
• Applicants having working experience on MS Teams, One Note and One Drive for Business.
• You should have a working knowledge of Windows Azure for Mobile Device Management would be preferred.
• Applicants should have the knowledge to updates smartphone OS like Android and iOS.
• You should have an excellent knowledge of Networking and Internet connectivity for desktop & portable systems would be preferred.
• Applicants should have knowledge of Operating Systems like Windows 10 and MacOS as well as network and internet.
