Hamilton Housewares Pvt Ltd (MILTON) is looking for AM - Culture & Employee Engagement

POSITION TITLE: Assistant Manager – Culture & Engagement

DEPARTMENT: HR & Admin

LOCATION: Mumbai - Kandivali

REPORTING TO: Manager – Talent Development & Culture

OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE: Custodian of employee life cycle management and be the medium between the employee and management to make the organization the “Best Place to Work”. To be a single channel of communication and flag bearer of Organization Culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify engagement drivers for Hamilton and lead various engagement initiatives to strengthen the identified drivers.
  • Improve the way we listen to, communicate, engage and motivate employees.
  • Drive engagement pulse check with departmental action planning.
  • Understand the unique wants of the employees in terms of engagement that are in line with the company goals and design processes/ activities revolving around them.
  • Lead the Induction & Onboarding process to ensure assimilation of the new joinee with the organization.
  • Follow up on the new joiner's induction experience and document the HRIS system feedback.
  • Lead the Probation process with manager review in HRIS.
  • Support organizational change by creating an effective internal communication strategy.
  • Formulate a Reward and Recognition strategy that is in line with department requirements and carry out annual Reward and Recognition function.
  • Exit Management - Conduct Exit Interview of the employee and understand the reason for exit. · Analyze attrition data and work on ways to minimize it · Ensure all MIS and trackers are regularly updated.

EXPERIENCE: 3 years of experience in Engagement, Induction, R&R, Engagement Action Planning

QUALIFICATION: Master of Business Administration (M.B.A), Understanding of Engagement Concept, Drive Engagement Pulse Survey
