Position:

1. Project Lead/Project Manager

Experience: 3+ Years

Job Description:

  • Should have hands-on experience in manual testing
  • Experience in writing test scripts and test cases
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Should have experience in international clients handling
  • Should have experience in leading a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills required

2. HR Executive

Experience: 2- 3 Yrs

Location: Noida

Job brief:

We are looking for an HR Executive (80% Recruitment+20% generalist) who is passionate about hiring, & who can join our HR department immediately or with a short notice period and help us with Technical hirings.

Technical Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.

Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Write and post technical job descriptions
  • Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github
  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
  • Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates

Requirements:-

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter in Corporate or Consulting 
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype, and structured)
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and labour legislation
  • MBA or PG in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree.

3. Java Developer

Experience: - 2 to 4 years

Job Description

  •  Excellent knowledge of Java, spring, hibernate, other open source technologies
  • Excellent in writing SQL queries, stored procedures for Oracle/MS SQL Server/MySql
  • Multithreading exposure
  • Good knowledge of UI frameworks such as JQuery, Angular js
  • Good understanding of application performance and database optimization
  • Excellent client communication skills

4. UI DEVELOPER

Location:- Noida

Experience: 2+ Years 

Job Description:

  • Hands-on experience in developing web applications in any of the javascript a framework like Angular or react
  • Should be proficient with HTML & CSS and with a focus on building pixel-perfect user interface
  • Should be strong in javascript with a good understanding of ES6 features & promise
  • Strong understanding of backbone/angular js/react
  • Familiarity with front-end build tools, such as Grunt and Gulp.js
  • Nodejs knowledge is a plus
  • Understanding of Jasmine/Karma or any other unit Testing Framework
  • Good with Object-Oriented Design and Development
  • Should have an understanding of building reusable code and libraries for future use
  • Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
  • Good understanding of browser rendering behaviour and performance
  • Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues
  • Understanding of the UI development process should be able to work with UX designers. Should be able to assess & ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders. DevOps development practices.
  • Exposure to working in a global delivery team is a plus

5. SALESFORCE ARCHITECT

Experience: 5+ years

Location- Noida (WFH) Permanent WFH for Outstation Candidates

Job Description:-

  • Individual responsible for producing excellent quality of code, adhering to expected coding standards and industry best practices
  • Must have strong experience in Salesforce development
  • Good knowledge of APEX, Visual Force Pages
  • Salesforce lightning dev. experience required
  • Salesforce programming certification preferred
  • Problem- solving/ troubleshooting skills
  • High levels of ownership and commitment on deliverables
  • Strong Communication skills and Team Management skills
  • Should interact with client stakeholders to probe a technical problem or clarify requirement specifications
