Job description
Hiring for Infrastructure and Application Monitoring at VyomLabs | Pune
Job Details:
- Conducting workshop/meeting for requirement gathering with different business teams
- Implement best practices for BFSI/Technology/IT/Telecom/Pharma environment
- Implementation and configuration of Monitoring tools such as True Sight/TSOM, Zabbix, SCOM ,Site Scope, Nagios, SolarWinds
- Knowledge of Monitoring and Event management policies/rules
- Configure solutions in HA & DR considering customer deployment policies/constraints.
- Knowledge of integration through REST API
- Integration with 3rd party tools to send and receive alerts along with service desk integration
- Monitoring landscape -
- OS Platforms - UNIX, Windows, Linux
- Database – Oracle, MS SQL, IBM DB2, Sybase etc.
- Applications/Web Server –IBM Web Sphere, Oracle WebLogic, Active Directory, MS Exchange Server, Oracle EBS etc.
- Hardware and Storage
- Network Devices - switch, router, firewall, access point
- Configuring thresholds based on best practices
- Configure role-based access control – user/group management
- Configure Dashboard/Reports as per business requirement
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux & UNIX platform
- Custom Script development.
