Freshers - Internship & Full-time Opportunity in US IT Recruitment

Title : Intern - US Recruitment

Internship Duration: 01 Month

Location: Bangalore (Internship - Work From Home)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• The candidate would be responsible for Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting, Interviewing the resources as per the client requirements.
• Utilize innovative and effective convincing / negotiation skills to attract top talent.
• Coordinate with the Account managers to get feedback on the interviewed candidate.

Required Skills:

• Ability to work with MS Office (Word & Excel)
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Quick learner and a keen listener
• Motivated and Flexible
• Go-getter attitude

Note: Must have a Laptop and Broadband Connection.

Willing to work in Night Shifts (06:30 PM IST - 03:30 AM IST) / (07:30 PM IST - 04:30 AM IST)
