Jindal Steel & Power Limited, Raigarh (Chhattisgarh), Inviting applications for AM-DM Blast Furnace E&I

 

Must ensure that the candidate has experience in the steel industry (Blast Furnace).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Good knowledge of Blast Furnace process, operational parameters, raw materials, equipment’s, process irregularities.
• Exposure to safety measures and safe maintenance practices of Blast Furnace
• Having sound knowledge of PLC (Siemens and Rockwell preferable), SCADA/HMI, PLC Troubleshooting and logic development /modification etc.
• Proper exposure of EOT Crane Maintenance.
• Exposure to Electrical Maintenance i.e. LT and HT motor, LT panels, Drives etc.
• Well conversant with process instruments and calibration procedures and maintenance
• Exposure to breakdown maintenance, root cause analysis
• Maintaining drawings and documents.
• Execution of planned scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Exposure of SAP/ISO/TPM/Quality Circle,
• Exposure to spare management
