IFI Tech is hiring Microsoft 365 Engineer and Lead Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Pre – Sale to understand and deliver solution proposed to the client
• Working closely with Project Team to assist in creating project execution plans
• Create execution templates & KBs for internal handover & analysis
• Train colleague & self on technology updates
• Participate in training webinars
• Club with account manager & pre-sales for project kick-off
• Communicate with stakeholders on project status
• Take ownership in project delivery of solutions
• Ensure project completion & sign-offs on time

Technological Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Microsoft 365 services
• Manage user identity and roles
• Manage access and authentication
• Plan Office 365 workloads and applications
• Implement modern device services
• Implement Microsoft 365 security and threat management
• Manage Microsoft 365 governance and compliance
• Design e-mail flows
• Integrate with 3rd Party Anti-SPAM Services
• Design & Implement Hybrid E-Mail Solutions (integrated with Exchange Server only)
• Support Exchange Server and understand basic operational routines of e-mail flow and security
• Support Active Directory and understand basic operational routines of Directory Services.
