Skills Required:

• Incumbent should have 10 to 15 Years of proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role.
• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or any equivalent degree related to HR.
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems) and labour legislation (including Factory Act, WC Act, Shops & Establishment Act, Minimum Wage Act, Payment of Wage Act, Apprentice Act, statutory compliances like EPF and ESIC act etc.)
• Solid understanding of labour legislation.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Leadership skills.
• Ability to foster healthy employee relations.
