Task Description: 

• Perform End-To-End testing on Chatbot and/or Voice/IVR solutions
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
• Familiarity with various testing tools and frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with development teams and stakeholders
