We're seeking a dynamic and motivated support engineers to join our team.

Position: System & Cloud Engineer

Experience: 3 to 4 years

Work Mode: Work from office

Location: Ahmedabad

Shift: Nightshift (Rotational is possible as per client need)

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Provide end user helpdesksupport via phone/emails/chat.
2. Office365/ SharePoint/ TeamsAdministration 
3 .Experience with WindowsServers/ ActiveDirectory/ AzureAD
4. Experience working with Backup Solutions & related software tools
5. Firewall: Rule creation, Port forwarding, User administration, Web/Application Filter administration, VPN administration
6. Experience working with RMM/PSA an added advantage
7. Excellent written & spoken English is a must
