Working For: RBL Bank, SBI Bank, Yes Bank, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank.

Gender: Male / Female

Qualification: Freshers/Experienced can apply.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Need to explain the process in a detailed manner.
• Need to complete the daily tasks assigned to you.
• Increase credit card customers.
• Engage and educate customers on product usage.
• Convey brand information to customers and respond to questions/inquiries that arise.
• Responsible for daily/monthly sales targets.

Preferred Skills:

• Good communication skills.
• Ability to convince the customer.
• Good understanding of the banking industry.
• Target Oriented/ Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented.

Perks/Benefits:

• Rs 12,000 – 20,000 per month depending on the experience.
• Performance-based incentives.

Target:

• For Credit Cards Process: 50 Cards in a Month.
• For Loan Process: Loan Sales 20 Lakhs in a Month.

Working hours:

• Monday - Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM.
