Job Details:

Area Sales Manager – (Retail) is responsible for driving Retail & White label sales in the country. He / Her job is to rebuild ROMAN ISLAND & SKY WATER clothing brand across Pan India through various avenues of sales primarily through tapping large retail chains & such distributors who would look at labelling their own brand.

• Candidate should be willing to travel extensively as it requires constant follow up to generate revenue.
• Candidates from retail background / distribution business will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible to generate sales through various SMB – Retail chain across the country.
• Must have strong understanding of how retail business buying happens.
• Will need to tap all such potential retail chain in a given defined territory
• Must execute proposed strategic defined by the management.
• Will aggressively have strong coverage and brand presence.
• Should be able to independently scout / identify / build rapport and appoint such retail chain.
• Exposure to MIS and data analysis is a MUST.
• Should be able to forecast sales projection – category wise & achieve them month on month.
• Develop positive working relationship with retail partners & distributors (White label)

Requisite Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of how retail business is done.
• Must have clear cut understanding the challenges and the ability to address them effectively.
• Should have handled a business more than 10 crore.
• Strong in reporting and MIS a must.
• Good communication skills both verbal & written
