Litera Careers Is Hiring Talent Acquisition Head | Ahmedabad


Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving the full spectrum of talent acquisition and selection activities by developing and executing recruiting plans
  • Performing analysis and forecasting the hiring needs of the departments.
  • Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for India hiring
  • Strategies to lead and build various business verticals
  • Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.
  • Partner with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business.
  • Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met.
  • Defining and driving the team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement.
  • Taking charge of planning, developing, managing, and overseeing employer branding activities, leveraging digital platforms, leading social media initiatives.
  • Motivating employees to be brand ambassadors and planning employee referral programs.
  • Performing employee satisfaction assessments and workshops and recommend measures to improve employee retention.
  • Well-versed with the latest innovative talent strategies & programs.
  • Leading, managing, and supervising 4 – 5 team members for providing leadership & directions.
  • Responsible to own MIS & owner of functional KPI reporting.

Key Requirements:

  • 14+ years experience of search, selection, and new age hiring methodology experience in the IT sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with & influence stakeholders across geography.
  • Innovative and known to new-age talent acquisition strategies for a paced growth
  • Working knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and employer branding techniques.
  • Working knowledge of HRIS, ATS, Sourcing, and Recruitment Marketing tools.
  • Ability to lead and motivate the team.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • A keen eye on details for accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
