Job Title: Marketing Operations Coordinator Location: Visakhapatnam Timings: 2 PM IST to 11 PM IST Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our non-profit organization. The ideal candidate will be key in managing and executing marketing campaigns, creating content, overseeing website updates, coordinating donation drives, and facilitating operational activities between the management and leadership teams. This position is ideal for someone passionate about impacting the community using their marketing and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Campaigns: Plan, develop, and execute fundraising and donation campaigns to support organizational goals. Content Creation: Manage blog posts, create engaging website content, and ensure the organization’s online presence reflects our mission and values. Social Media Management: Develop strategies to grow our social media presence and increase engagement with donors, volunteers, and the community. Fundraising & Donation Drives: Lead and coordinate online and offline fundraising campaigns, including managing donation platforms. Reach out to Corporate CSR funds etc. Event Planning & Coordination: Assist in organizing community events, workshops, and fundraising events. Email & Direct Marketing: Design and send marketing emails, newsletters, and donor communications. Operational Support: Coordinate internal communications and activities between the management and leadership teams to ensure smooth operations. Data Management: Track campaign performance metrics, donor engagement, and feedback to optimize future marketing strategies. Vendor & Partner Coordination: Manage relationships with external vendors and partners for marketing tools, events, and fundraising platforms. Donor / Key Partners communication: Engaging and communicating with key donors and partners. Responsible for recurring newsletter and external communication. Managing our Programs: Help Managing Schools, students, and programs using our software applications to run operations smoothly Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in managing social media platforms, email marketing, and content management systems. Passionate about non-profit work and making a positive impact on the community. Knowledge of donor platforms and fundraising techniques is a plus.
