Role: Human Resource - Talent Acquisition Coordinator 

Employment Status: Full-Time Employment

Compensation: 3 LPA during probation and 3.5 LPA post-confirmation

Location : Bangalore / Chennai 

Education Background: 

• MBA/MSW  ( Specialization: Human Resources ) – 2021/2020 pass out
• 50 % in X, XII, UG and PG.
• No Standing Arrears / No active backlogs
• Not more than 2 years of academic break
• Indian Nationality

Job Description:

• Selected candidates will assist the Recruiters to complete the workflow process.
• Collecting the selected candidate documents and verify
• Updating the ATS with the Candidate details
• Coordinate with the various stakeholders
• Initiate the BGV and work with the candidates on completion of the activity
• Coordinators will follow up with the candidate to complete the BGV forms
• Marinating reports
• Documentation – Verify the documents shared by Recruiters (Only on a need basis)
• Coordinating the Weekday and Weekend Drives (based on the volume and no of interviews scheduled by Recruiters)
• Documentation – Verify the documents shared by Recruiters (Only on a need basis)
• Other recruitment activities that will be assigned from time to time

Career Progression:

• First 12 months the fresher will focus on all backend activities in Talent Acquisition (Updating ATS, BGV initiation, Candidate document verification, Conducting weekend drives, etc) becoming an expert in understanding the recruitment world
• From 13- 18 months he/she will be involved in Sourcing activities
• From 18 months onward he/she will be involved in End to End recruitment activities.
