● Strong outbound sales experience within large-scale BPO operations. Should have minimum 2-3 years supervisory/management experience or progressive experience up to and including leadership, coaching and/ or supervisory roles. ● Advanced understanding of digital marketing concepts and trends ● Experience in managing corporate sales ● Strong people & team management experience with proven leadership skills ● Highly analytical, with a track-record of being a strong problem solver, capable of translating analysis and insights into actionable business plan ● Ability to learn quickly and handle complexity, change and ambiguity ● Successful track record in supporting recruitment and talent acquisition ● Experience in BPO environment with current exposure in managing night shifts.
