Job Description:

Qualification:

• 5+ years of design/implementation/consulting experience with SAP Production Planning, Quality Management & SAP EWM.
• Should have worked in at least two end-to-end Implementation projects starting from build and deployment of pilot templates, rollout of templates across regions, and support experience.
• Experience in at least one S/4 HANA project is preferred.
• Good business process knowledge and consulting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Structure approach to collaborate with team and stakeholders using JIRA and SolMan applications.
• Personality: willingness to learn, entrepreneurial mindset, creative, pro-active, independent, strong analytical skills.
• Passionate, flexible, innovative, assertive, convincing, team player, reliable, willing to go the extra mile when needed.
• Working style: customer-oriented, target-oriented, challenging status quo, collaborative, analytical, structured, strategic vision.
• Resource should have a Professional graduation Willing to travel to customer locations for project requirements.

Work Experience:

• Domain expertise in Production, Quality & EWM functional area
• Experience in EDI set-up and interfaces to other external systems
• Should be able to understand the template design and identify the gaps for rollout related to country/region-specific requirements
• Must have experience on SAP Rollout projects, especially in SAP PP, and QM processes.
• Must have good knowledge in production planning areas such as Demand management and MRP.
• Must have good knowledge of the capacity planning process.
• Must have good knowledge of Production order management using Discrete production methods.
• Must have End-to-end knowledge of Repetitive Manufacturing processes.
• Experience in Enhancements using user exits / BAPIs.
• Experience in Interfaces with SAP and Non-SAP systems and ALE/IDOCs.
• Good Integration knowledge with other SAP Modules such as MM, SD, FICO, and PM.
• Strong client-facing experience.
• Should have a thorough knowledge of Production - Master Data and planning.
• Scenarios, Demand Management, MRP, Shop floor Control, Special processes such as Subcontracting, Engg. Change Mgmt, Batch.
• Should have good exposure to Production Resource Tools management.
• Should have good knowledge of Quality - Master Data, Planning, Inspection.
• Should have good exposure to QM master data such as Defects and Partners. determination procedure, Sampling, Schema, Master inspection characteristics, Code group, etc.
• Must know QM notifications for Customer/ Supplier/ Internal complaint processes.
• Should have exposure to the Warranty management process.
• Ability to configure, and manage master data changes, and end-to-end process flow.
• Good to have ABAP technical knowledge.
• Ability to design FS, End User Training Document.
