Saahas Zero Waste (SZW) is looking for a dynamic professional who will lead business development for our flagship Zero Waste business vertical in Bangalore. The lead will be inducted into the senior management team and will report directly to the leadership team.

The lead will work closely with all the functions within the organization so as to leverage the network and experience within the organization.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop a robust pipeline of opportunities and grow the business as per the annual plan.
• Plan approaches and works with the team to develop proposals as per the market's requirement and client needs.
• Evaluate varied technologies related to waste management to help offer suitable solutions to the client.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
• Manage the sales data in a standard format through MIS.

Qualifications:

• Will be around 35 -40 years with 8-10 years of experience working in sales and marketing.
• Can relate to and connect with a wide spectrum of people.
• Has a positive attitude of constant improvement.
• Has a good temperament to face difficult situations both internally and externally.
• Has a passion for waste management.
