The State Bank of India will open registration for the 8,283 positions of SBI Clerk (Junior Associate). On the official website of SBI at sbi.co.in, the comprehensive SBI Clerk notification 2023 has been released. January 2024 is when the SBI Clerk preliminary exam and February main test are planned to take place.

Details regarding state- and category-specific openings, qualifying requirements, reservation policies, and test format are included in the SBI Clerk announcement. Only one state or union territory may have open positions for which candidates may apply.

December 7 is the deadline for registering for the SBI junior associates exam. Candidates wishing to apply for positions in Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, and Haryana have been advised to confirm the operational areas for which they would like to apply.

For SBI-trained apprentices who successfully finish their apprenticeship by October 31, 2023, or before, there will be a relaxation of the higher age limit.

Starting base pay is Rs 19,900, with two advance increments available to graduates, for a total of Rs 17,900. A Rs 750 application fee must be paid by applicants in the general, OBC, and EWS categories; applicants in the reserved groups are excused from paying any fees.

SBI Clerk 2023: Eligibility Criteria

1. Applicants must hold a degree in any field from an accredited university or an equivalent credential recognized by the federal government.

2. Candidates are eligible if they completed the course by December 31, 2023, at the latest, and have an integrated dual degree (IDD) certificate.

3. Students who are in their last year or semester of graduation are also welcome to apply, but they must provide documentation of their course completion by December 31, 2023, at the latest.
