JOB PURPOSE:

Bulk Recruitment for Voice / Non-Voice Advisors for Tech Mahindra Business Services

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Excellent communication skills.
  
• Should be able to handle end-to-end recruitment cycle.
  
• Headhunting, Searching CV's from Job portals & generating references.
  
• Candidates will be responsible for lining up candidates for open positions.
  
• Responsible for screening and shortlisting of candidates
  
• Creating and maintaining a database.
  
• Effectively and efficiently fill the open position through sourcing talents from a variety of sources.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Graduates in any stream (preferred).
