Primary Job Responsibilities

• 10+ years of Project/Program Delivery Manager experience.
• Review customer orders and plan and coordinate delivery activities.
• Build positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth.
• Analyst customer goals and directions set delivery priorities and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals.
• Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion.
• Serve as primary contact for onsite delivery manager’s inquiries and concerns.
• Managed a delivery team to ensuring timely and accurate delivery activities.
• Oversee daily activities of the delivery team and provide management direction and technical guidance as needed.
• Hire the right technical skills and perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to the delivery requirements.
• Work with the recruiting group to select, hire and onboard the right talent for customer success.
• Ensure that team maintains a high level of competency and operational excellence.
• Evaluate the performance of team members and determine training needs.
• Work with customer managers to create the statement of work and get them approved.
• Develop process improvements to achieve high-quality deliverables, and work effectively between on-shore and off-shore teams.
• Report delivery status to customers and internal stakeholders and develop required delivery documentation.
• Work with PMO office to do timely invoice generation and invoice submission.

• Delivery Framework – Agile, Scaled Agile (SAFE)
• Technical Skills – Java, Opensource, Microservices, DevOps, Automation Testing.
• Productivity Tools – MS Office, MS Project etc.
• Education – Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Application or any other relevant field.
• Certification – Certified Scrum Master preferred
