Job description Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Business Quality Analyst with a strong background in Clinical R&D. The ideal candidate MUST have deep domain expertise in end-to-end R&D and clinical workflows, ensuring that business requirements align with industry standards and regulatory compliance. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across clinical operations, regulatory, and quality teams to identify, analyze, and optimize processes, enhancing data quality and ensuring seamless workflow integration. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage complex R&D projects within the Life Sciences sector, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and Agile best practices. Collaborate effectively with technology and business teams, driving stakeholder engagement and maintaining transparent communication. Serve as the R&D Data Product Owner, overseeing data-driven projects and maintaining a focus on innovative solutions, particularly with AI and Gen AI applications. Drive project execution from concept through completion, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet objectives. Requirements: Experience: 12-15+ years in Life Sciences, with a focus on R&D. Deep domain expertise in R&D is a MUST Understanding of end-end clinical workflow is a MUST Agile Expertise: High proficiency in Agile methodologies and ways of working. Project Management: Demonstrated experience in project planning, execution, and completion. Stakeholder Management: Skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technology and business stakeholders. Data Product Ownership: Strong understanding of data products in R&D with experience in innovation, particularly in AI and Gen AI applications.
