Urgent Hiring of Cluster Manager | Karvy Next | Pune / Madhya Pradesh

Candidates staying in Pune and Madhya Pradesh will only be considered.

Job Details:

• Responsible for Operations in the assigned territory. Monitor & drive LM/FM ops.
• Manage a team of team leaders, Supervisors and delivery executives
• Source, recruit & training of delivery executives
• Create and ensure strict adherence to SOPs
• Create daily MIS reports being shared with senior management
• Identify, manage and solve grievances of the entire team
• To meet the clients regularly to understand the current and upcoming business requirements.

Skills and Knowledge Requirement:

• Good analytical & problem-solving skills with Data-driven.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership Ability (Leading a task force of delivery executives).
• Good people management skills and Strong networking.
• Should have experience in managing large teams of entry-level people. Should have previous Core hiring and training experience.
