Urgent Hiring of Senior Manager HR / IR & Admin at Agricultural Equipment Manufacturing

 

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plant HR Operations
• Contractual Manpower Handling
• Attrition & Absenteeism Control
• Time Office & Attendance 
• Payroll 
• Strong in Statutory Compliances for the plant as well as Corporate
• Strong at Liasioning with Government offices
• Admin ( Security, Canteen, Transport, Housekeeping, Horticulture etc )
• Guest House Management

Span of Control: 2 Plants

Experience: 10 -15 Years in Plant HR, IR & Admin

Industry: Agricultural Equipment Manufacturing

Preferred Candidate:

An immediate joiner ( within 1 week to 4 Weeks ) Candidates from Automotive / Heavy Machinery/ Manufacturing / Agricultural Industry preferred
