Urgent Hiring of Software Test Engineer at Citylink Technology | Pune

 

Citylink Technology Solutions Private Limited is a fin-tech startup and involved in building world-class financial products for individuals & enterprises. It is a private limited company incorporated in November 2015 at Pune, Maharashtra. It is classified as a non-govt company and is registered at the registrar of companies, Pune.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting with Product Managers and Business Users to understand the scope of projects.
• Be the final gatekeeper before live deployment.
• Develops and executes software test plans.
• Working with developers, designers, product managers.
• Writing and executing test scripts.
• Running manual and automated tests.
• Testing in different environments including web and mobile.
• Writing bug reports.
• Providing objective feedback to software development project teams.
• Communicating findings to technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Troubleshoot, Maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
• Contribute to software deployment, server troubleshooting, Optimizations, and maintenance on the entire product.
• Analyze business requirements from a testing perspective, business process, and system architecture/design.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Concepts.
• Basic knowledge of web concepts (HTML, web servers) and relational database management systems
• Good knowledge and experience in automation testing and tools like Selenium.
• Basic knowledge of JMeter for API testing, load testing, and distributed testing and its monitoring at both server and application levels.
• Version Control - Git, SVN
• Good to have an understanding of the concept of distributed application deployment.
• Good team player with verbal and written communication skills.
• Contributing to technical and implementation discussions.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently and effectively.
