Urgent Opening of HR Executive ( IT Recruitment ) | Mumbai

 

 

Requirement:

• IT requirement
• Entire recruitment cycle (Junior to Senior Level).
• Sourcing resumes from a Job Portal, References, Internal Database.
• Screening resume & shortlisting.
• Scheduling process, follow up, interview scheduling personnel, telephonic, making reconfirmation calls, clarifying doubts.
• Taking telephonic & face to face interview.
• Keep records of candidate’s interview & informing them.
• Documentations
• Negotiating the salary of the selected candidates as per company structure.
• MIS report.

Working Days: 5 (Monday to Friday)
