  Experience: 8 to 10 Years

  Package: 18.50 LPA

Location: Gujarat (130 KM from Ahmedabad)

Job description:

• Formulate, modify & amend policies as per Business need and consensus.
• Responsible for PMS process Goal setting, finalizing Performance Ratings for each term.
• Process Internal Transfers, Job rotations & transitions as per business need.
• Drive the Assessment Development Center process.
• Maintain the Organization chart and ensure adherence to guidelines.
• Consolidate the HR & Admin Budget and ensure On-time submission to Finance.
• Ensure transitions & conversion of employees.
• Ensure On-time Confirmation, issuance of Appointment Letters to employees(white-collar).
• Drive Employee Engagement Initiatives and Employee Coaching for High Performance.
• Provide induction training to employees on Policies and related matters.
