Role Description

The Greeter role at V5 Global Services Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position located in Chennai. As a Greeter, you will be responsible for welcoming clients and visitors, directing them to appropriate areas, and ensuring that the reception area is clean and presentable. You will also be responsible for handling incoming calls and transferring them to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
• Strong out-of-the-box thinking & time-management skills
• 12th pass/ High school diploma (1st Year pursuing) or equivalent
• Salary as per entry-level retail standards
