• Experience range of 20-24 yrs in both Domestic and US geographies
• Handled accelerated ramp-up of resources in large volumes (in 1000s) across technology, business-centric and non-technical areas in the aggressive timeline (including Just-in-Time needs)
• POSSESS STRONG STRATEGIC AND TRANSACTIONAL ORIENTATION on Business needs and associated Data Analysis
• Have "Out of the Box" and innovative approach to recruitment
• Managed next rung-of leaders in talent acquisition to get the best out of them
• Possess excellent People Management skills across time zones (India, USA)
• Have excellent communication skills.
