Tech Mahindra is hiring for Customer Service Associate for Email / Chat process in Kolkata Location for one of Leading E-Commerce project.

Designation: Customer Support Associate (CSA).

Job Profile: Have to resolute customers query over Chat

Mandatory Criteria:

• Min HS Passed.
• Fresher & Experience both can apply
• Must have excellent verbal English & Hindi communication skill
• Should have a typing speed of 30WPM with 90% accuracy

Other requirements:

• Customer orientation.
• Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts
• No planned leave for upcoming 3 months after joining
• 9 hour of the day, 8 hrs. work and a 1-hour break

Interview Structure:

• HR round – General check
• Typing test
• Grammar test
• OPS & Client round

Documents Required: Education Mark sheet, Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Offer Letter, Last 3 Salary Slip, Bank Statement, Experience Letter
