Education and Experience

  • Master’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • 9-14 years of experience in Digital Marketing/Social Marketing/Digital Agency/Media Company working with large brands.
  • A proven track record of social media marketing, a good blend of strategic thinking and creative story-telling, and mentorship.
  • Hands-on experience developing insights from social listening. Detailed understanding of social analytics across channels.
  • Ability to synthesize data from many sources into actionable insights.
  • Adept at current local trends in media consumption and marketing opportunities.

Lead Social Media Marketing:

As the Social Media Lead, you will be responsible for building ZEE5 brand equity through our social media channels to drive advocacy & engagement for both brand and content.

You will create highly engaging campaigns that help in driving product adoption and also create a positive sentiment for the brand. To succeed in this role, you will need to be a great communicator and have a natural grasp of social media and relevant trends.

Own the development & implementation of a strategic social media marketing plan that aligns with, and drives, business goals.

Domain expertise of all social media platforms from both planning and buying perspectives.

Work with the larger supply, content & communication teams to drive innovation and make the brand synonymous with disruptive and memorable social media campaigns.

Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.

Manage and oversee social media day to day work done by the executives on the brands as well as plan monthly strategies that will align with the overall objective of the bran.

Create a content calendar, weekly/ monthly along with the copy and social media executive. Responsible for managing and handling communications in two directions i.e organic social media as well as third part communication eg; PR, influencer management etc.
