Arya is looking to hire Business Development Executives and Managers.

Key Deliverables

• Responsible for creating clients in FPO segment ( producer organisation for retail warehouses in-state)
• Documentation of clients for loan processing, field check and maintaining a relationship with the client.
• Business scoping of the geographical market for warehousing, commodity trading.
• Execute the plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company's customer base.
• Initiate the market research to support Acquisition plans for Warehouses, Commodity Traders, Vendors & Users in the Agri Ecosystem.
• Demand Generation & meeting targets for specified geography.
• To liaison with new and existing customers for long term relationships,
• Promote brand awareness in the assigned territory through Promotional events in consultation with Marketing teams
• METRICS: Acquisition - New Customers, Conversion Rate, Repeat- Customers & Revenue

Specifications:

• Ability to work with a cross-functional team across Acquisition, Marketing, Product, Engineering operations.
• Willingness to work under the demanding environment of a start-up.
• 3+ years of Sales/Operational experience in Warehousing/ Commodity Trading/Logistics/Agri Businesses and working knowledge of internet sales.
• Should have a Two-wheeler & a strong understanding of Geography
