- Responsible for creating clients in FPO segment ( producer organisation for retail warehouses in-state)
- Documentation of clients for loan processing, field check and maintaining a relationship with the client.
- Business scoping of the geographical market for warehousing, commodity trading.
- Execute the plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company's customer base.
- Initiate the market research to support Acquisition plans for Warehouses, Commodity Traders, Vendors & Users in the Agri Ecosystem.
- Demand Generation & meeting targets for specified geography.
- To liaison with new and existing customers for long term relationships,
- Promote brand awareness in the assigned territory through Promotional events in consultation with Marketing teams
- METRICS: Acquisition - New Customers, Conversion Rate, Repeat- Customers & Revenue
- Ability to work with a cross-functional team across Acquisition, Marketing, Product, Engineering operations.
- Willingness to work under the demanding environment of a start-up.
- 3+ years of Sales/Operational experience in Warehousing/ Commodity Trading/Logistics/Agri Businesses and working knowledge of internet sales.
- Should have a Two-wheeler & a strong understanding of Geography
