Kimbal is Hiring Senior Business Intelligence Analyst | New Delhi

We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team ! As a BI Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders across different departments to understand their data requirements and objectives. You will work closely with technical resources to ensure seamless integration of data from ERP systems into Power BI dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and objectives for dashboard creation.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for the development team.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Conduct regular meetings with departmental heads to review dashboard performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Provide training and support to end-users on accessing and interpreting dashboards and reports
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in business intelligence and data visualization.

Qualifications:

• MBA preferred from premium/Tier I college.
• 3-4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and SQL for data manipulation and visualization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of business processes across different departments such as operations, finance, and sales.
• Experience working with ERP systems and integrating data into BI platforms is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
