Pehel Specialities is an emerging excipient house based out of Mumbai. We are a distribution company which imports and distributes niche speciality ingredients to the pharmaceutical industry in India.

Responsibilities - Sales:

• Generate leads
• Build, develop and maintain relations with existing and new customers
• Understand the customer requirement and provide solutions accordingly
• Determine and negotiate prices and contracts with customers
• Collect, maintain and update data on the customer
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets.
• Do regular competitor analysis and keep updated information on the market.
• Coordinating sales efforts with other departments.
• Follow industry best practices for sales and promotions.
• Create relevant sales and other reports.

Requirements:

• Excellent communications skills
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales
• Preference will be given to people with a background in Pharmaceutical Sales
• Educational Degree - Any Graduate degree
• Compensation - Fixed - Best in industry
• Variable - best in industry incentive structure.
