Tech Mahindra Limited is looking for Customer Service Associate (Work from Office as well as Work From Home)

Time: 16th January – 19th January, 11.30 AM – 5.30 PM

Venue: Tech Mahindra, Kothrud, Pune

Job Role: Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialling systems, and other telecommunications technologies. Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.

Required Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good communication skills

Qualification: 10+2 ( 6 months Exp ) / Any Graduate/ Diploma/ Post Graduate ( Fresher)

Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years

Shift Timing: 24*7 ( No Night Shifts for Female )

Salary: 1.8 Lac PA ( 13200 - In Hand), 4k-5k Stipend in 25 Days of training

Mandatory language: English, Hindi & Marathi
